1. Eligibility to Rent
To rent a vehicle, you must:
Meet the minimum age requirement at the time of rental
Hold a valid driver’s license
Complete required verification
Provide a valid payment method
Additional eligibility requirements may apply and will be outlined in the rental agreement.
2. Booking & Payments
All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation
Rental fees, deposits (if applicable), and additional charges are shown during booking
Payments are processed securely through our payment providers
3. Vehicle Use
Vehicles must be used responsibly and in compliance with all laws
Only drivers approved and listed on the rental agreement may operate the vehicle
Unauthorized drivers are strictly prohibited
4. Rideshare & Delivery Use
Vehicles may be used for rideshare or delivery services (such as Uber, Lyft, DoorDash, or Amazon Flex), subject to each platform’s independent approval
Splendid Auto Rentals is not affiliated with or endorsed by any third-party platform
5. Insurance & Responsibility
Renters are responsible for maintaining valid insurance coverage during the rental period
Renters are responsible for any loss, damage, or liability incurred while the vehicle is in their possession, as detailed in the rental agreement
6. Cancellations & Refunds
Cancellations and refunds are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy, available on our website
Additional terms may apply as stated in the rental agreement
7. Extensions & Late Returns
Rental extensions must be requested before the scheduled return time
Extensions are subject to approval and additional charges
Late returns may result in extra fees
8. Right to Refuse Service
We reserve the right to refuse service, cancel a booking, or terminate a rental at our discretion, as permitted by law, including but not limited to cases involving failure to meet eligibility requirements, incomplete verification, suspected misuse, or violation of these Terms or the rental agreement.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Splendid Auto Rentals shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or vehicles.
10. Third-Party Services
We may use third-party platforms for bookings, payments, and verification. Use of these services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies.
11. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
12. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, United States.
